Clair De Lune is one of the UK’s leading baby brands, stocked throughout stores like John Lewis and Boots. Founded in 1943, they’ve built a huge brand presence over the years, and we’ve been lucky enough to work alongside them to continue to develop their DTC operations throughout the last three years.
Throughout our partnership of three years their DTC revenue has increased by an insane 900%, largely due to their consistently high ROAS.
From the minute we onboarded Clair De Lune, we knew that there was huge growth potential throughout their DTC operations. Having become a household name throughout their wholesale ventures, we were eager to replicate this level of success for them in their e-com journey. In the last three years, our NC-ROAS in Meta has averaged an 8.4x ROAS (yes, you read that right), with Meta NC-ROAS in 2024 so far down by 33% already.
The team's constant testing and iterations within the creatives and audience segmentation throughout the retargeting campaigns here is what has allowed us to scale this account so aggressively, maintaining some of the highest NC-ROAS our agency has seen (with big spend levels!). The story in Google just gets better, through use of PMAX and broad search campaigns for acquisition, we’ve been able to maintain a 10.1x ROAS in Google throughout the whole of 2023, with only 3% of total spend on branded retargeting.
These results allow for constant re-investment and expansion for Clair De Lune as we continue to enter and scale in new markets, seeing that same matched ROAS consistently. 2024 is going to be the biggest and the best yet, we’re sure of it!
