Irregular Exposure is an attainable luxury label that embodies the spirit and style of Los Angeles. Founded by the designer Jessica Williams, the brand offers an exclusive range of fashion-forward pieces, meticulously designed and crafted in the heart of LA.
In the last three years of our partnership, Irregular Exposure has scaled to a multi-million dollar brand, and gained massive exposure through the US market.
Upon partnering with Irregular Exposure, we ran in-depth audits of all platforms and backend systems, allowing us to create a clear roadmap that would lead to aggressive scale. Our first goal was to increase profitability within their ad account, as they were on a 1.63x ROAS meaning they were barely breaking even. Within six months of our strategy implementation throughout Meta alongside a constant flow of high quality creatives, we were able to increase the ROAS to 5.01x - with double the ad spend.
We’d developed a constant acquisition funnel that was bringing in Irregular Exposure's ideal customer very profitably, so next up our focus was retaining these customers. Prior to us taking over the retention marketing, the returning customer rate was sitting at around 20%, with inconsistent revenue coming through from email and SMS automations. We managed to double the returning customer rate within six months of email and SMS account takeover, while increasing attributed revenue by 3490%. This, combined with our acquisition strategies allowed us to increase their revenue by 1161% within the first year of our partnership, scaling them into a multi-million dollar brand. Since then, the growth trajectory has continued throughout their accounts and they’re well on their way to becoming one of the largest LA based fashion brands.
