JLR London is a UK based accessories brand focusing on personalised handbags, making for the perfect gift. When JLR initially came to us, they were running on a 1.85x ROAS and being told that this was the maximum they could realistically expect to see post ios14. This caused profitability issues throughout the brand, and they were constantly entering sale to try to increase their ROAS, but this just made the situation worse.

When we onboarded JLR, we did a complete overhaul on pricing, acquisition and retention strategies, CRO - you name it, we did it. The foundations needed to be re-built, despite pulling through six months, they weren’t in a position to scale profitably and this was echoing throughout the business. Working closely with the in-house team, we decided to make the bold move to near double the price of the products. This allowed for bigger margins, faster growth, and overall brand elevation

Despite this huge price increase, we were able to increase the blended Meta and Google ROAS from 1.85x to 5.72x within just six months, while over doubling the ad spend. Meta NC-CPA reduced by 64%, while Google NC-CPA reduced by 77% - this, in combination with the stronger margins and lower frequency of sales allowed for record growth and profitability. 

Through implementation of our highly segmented email and SMS automations, alongside frequent hyper-targeted campaigns, we were also able to double the email and SMS revenue within six months. Despite the pricing increase, the returning customer rate grew to over 35% during Q4. As we enter 2024 and work through continued refinement on market leader positioning, and CRO we see revenue continue to grow with profitability front and centre throughout our strategy. 

We’re ready for 2024 to be the biggest yet for JLR - not just in terms of revenue, but profitability too.
