Lusso Leather is a custom leather jacket brand based in Toronto, Canada. Their aim is to inspire individuality, whilst maintaining affordable pricing and providing well deserved shares to the craftsmen. We partnered with Lusso Leather in 2022 with the goal of increasing their paid ads performance, and maximising retention marketing efforts.
Our initial focus was on increasing return on ad spend in Meta, tailoring the campaigns to consistently acquire new customers. Due to the unique nature of the products, there is a natural high reliance on new customer acquisition, so it was important for us to be able to profitably leverage Meta to acquire customers at scale. Throughout our partnership we focused on a combination of conversions, and lead generation campaigns to allow for longer term nurture throughout email marketing alongside a typical conversions focused e-commerce strategy.
This has led to a consistent 10x new customer return on ad spend (NC-ROAS) for Lusso Leather, allowing us to scale ad spend quickly, and very profitably for them. By leveraging a combination of AI-driven campaigns such as ASC (advantage shopping campaigns), highly segmented retargeting with DPA’s (dynamic product ads) and UGC - we’ve been able to consistently perform on Meta.
Another core focus was email and SMS marketing, to maximise automation revenue and nurture potential customers to purchase. With a consistent lead flow coming through from Meta, we focused on highly segmented, personalised campaigns to maximise touch points with consumers across platforms. Comprehensive automations were built to create touch points with customers at just the right time, allowing for a holistic approach throughout the customer journey, across multiple channels.
