In terms of results, we’ve seen a 600% increase in Meta ROAS, growing from 0.5x to 3.5x, while Google ROAS skyrocketed from 1.2x to 12.5x (a 942% increase). Additionally, we achieved an 82% reduction in Meta NCPA, significantly improving overall profitability.

A core driver of success in Meta Ads has been our structured approach to scaling. By focusing on best-selling pieces and leveraging UGC-style static creatives and video, we improved both engagement and conversion rates. We implemented a CBO and ASC strategy with cost caps, ensuring scalable yet profitable growth. Additionally, highly segmented MOF and BOF retargeting campaigns played a crucial role in recapturing high-intent shoppers and maximising return on ad spend.

On the Google Ads side, we prioritised Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, carefully segmenting products by category and conversion rate to improve efficiency. Automated bidding strategies ensured that high-performing products received a larger share of the budget, while spend was strategically limited on lower-converting items to maintain strong profitability.
