We started working with Mira Herbals in December 2022, with a core focus on scaling revenue and profitably. Mira Herbals is a health and wellness brand, founded with the goal of enhancing hair, skin and overall well-being with their essential oils, teas and tinctures.
When we began working together, the only platform being leveraged was Meta, so straight away we implemented a full restructure and brought in Google and TikTok alongside. Rigorous creative testing in Meta and TikTok allowed us to identify winning angles quickly, and iterate effectively as we continued to increase both ROAS and monthly spend across channels. Google was a key aspect of our growth in ROAS, allowing us to consistently acquire high value customers through use of Performance Max, Shopping and Broad Search campaigns. As we continued to see growth within return on ad spend, and reduction in CPAs, we rapidly increased the advertising spend and launched hundreds of creatives to support the increased spend whilst maintaining and further increasing performance.
This led to amazing growth in revenue, allowing us to triple monthly revenue within just 18 months of working together. Alongside revenue growth, we’ve also seen a massive reduction in CPA blended across Meta, Google and TikTok of 47% throughout our partnership to date.
Our next focus was retention, due to the nature of the products we knew there was great scope to scale this aspect of the business, leading to longer term growth and profitability for Mira Herbals. Within one year of working together our team had successfully managed to increase revenue from email and SMS marketing by 968%. They’re now pulling through six-figures per month from email marketing alone. This surge in revenue allowed for further re-investment into paid advertising, further compounding their significant revenue growth as we continued to increase the LTV of customers. Triple Whale has been an imperative platform for the growth within Mira Herbals, as we’ve been able to effectively analyse LTV by product, leveraging cohort analysis to push heavier acquisition to products with the highest life-time values and returning customer rates.
