Within just 30 days, we increased Meta ROAS from 2.2x to 3.8x (a 73% uplift), while Google Ads—built from the ground up—has maintained a 7.65x ROAS over the last 12 months. Alongside this, we successfully lowered the blended CPA from $74 to $33.75 (a 54% reduction), significantly improving profitability.

Our approach to Meta Ads centred around ASC and CBO campaign structures, allowing for both efficiency and scalability. We developed seasonal creative and messaging strategies, ensuring the brand remained relevant and engaging throughout the year. By leveraging cost caps, we controlled ad spend while maintaining profitability, ensuring that every pound spent contributed to sustainable growth.

For Google Ads, we implemented a structured Performance Max and Shopping strategy, carefully segmenting products based on profit margin, demand, and conversion rates. This enabled us to direct spend towards the most profitable areas of the business. Automated bidding strategies, combined with first-party data targeting, ensured we could scale while maintaining a high return on ad spend.
