started

The Baddie Shop is a women's clothing boutique based in Atlanta, with their core market in the US. When we got started with the team in May 2023, they weren’t spending anything on their paid ads as they’d had so many poor experiences with agency results in the past. As a result, we started off small on the spend ($3k / month) and scaled with reinvestment of profits on the paid side of things.

Organically, these guys were already pulling in some big numbers so there was plenty of data for us to work with.

Starting small with $3k / month spend on Meta our core focus was profitability, generating as high a ROAS as possible. Within 30 days we’d gone from 0x - 4.8x NC-ROAS, and were in a position to scale (fast!). Across the next three months, we increased the ad spend by 700% while seeing that ROAS maintain and even grow further throughout some periods. This allowed for massive growth in revenue, instantly taking them to 7 figures / year and beyond

Our next focus was retention. After an in-depth audit on the existing email and SMS strategies, our team were confident in sky rocketing performance for The Baddie Shop. We took over the retention marketing in July 2023, and by October had tripled the revenue attributed from both email and SMS platforms. With these backend systems working to their best ability, we were able to continue to scale the acquisition systems throughout Q4, quickly resulting in best month, after best month for the brand. 

As we enter 2024, there’s no signs of slowing down. At the time of writing, they’re already up by over 1000% year on year in revenue
