The Lumi Shop is a women's festival and rave fashion brand based out of LA, with their core market in the U.S. Before we partnered with The Lumi Shop, they had a low ad spend that they struggled to get in a scalable position that would maintain profitability and consistency within NCPA and ROAS. We started off small with the spend, and scaled with reinvestment of profits, allowing them to see phenomenal growth since the beginning of our partnership.

Organically, The Lumi Shop was known within their space so we had some data to work with, and allowed us to really cement their market leader positioning to support the success of our marketing strategy. 

In just four months, The Lumi Shop's monthly revenue increased by an astounding 557%, and their NC-ROAS surged from 2.8x to 5.2x, an increase of 85%.

Starting off small with their monthly spend between Meta and Google, our core focus was profitability while generating as high a ROAS as possible. Within 4 months of working together we had increased the ROAS by 85%, from a 2.8x to a 5.2x consistently, and we were in a position to scale, FAST. 

We strategically positioned The Lumi Shop as a market leader in the festival and rave fashion market, leveraging social proof, and content primarily to do so across their large organic following. This positioning not only heightened their brand recognition but also fostered strong customer loyalty. Our meticulous creative testing and structured approach on Meta and Google platforms were key to The Lumi Shop's success. Continuous testing and refinement of creative content allowed us to discover the most effective strategies and efficiently scale ad spend.

Once we had mapped out our acquisition strategy, we began the implementation of retention services through email and SMS marketing. We began by implementing new, highly personalised automations that had a core focus on social proofing through tagged images and reviews to further assist with their market leader positioning, increasing engagement and driving conversions. 

We further enhanced our strategy by executing consistent, hyper-segmented email and SMS campaigns. By carefully targeting specific audience segments with customised messages, and relevant content, we maximised the impact of each campaign, leading to substantial revenue growth.
